Once you feel you’ve had your fill of what the Colorado Rockies have to offer, it’s time to see what lies west of the border in Utah. In Park City, you’ll want to continue your luxurious life among the clouds at the Waldorf Astoria. Once you’ve treated your body, it’s now time to treat your taste buds, and Park City’s offerings will not disappoint. For hip Asian cuisine that matches the chic interior of the restaurant, try Shabu. Their sublime offerings are known to draw visiting Hollywood types as well as in-the-know locals. For fine American cuisine, Glitretind, located in Stein Eriksen Lodge, will not disappoint. Wood trim, white tablecloths, crystal glasses, and fresh-cut flowers set the scene for executive chef Zane Holmquist’s creative dishes. Sample specialties like duck and waffles, or Rocky Mountain elk tenderloin.
