Andrew, Janelle, Corbin and Wyatt make up the Hooper Family. They started RVing on a search for the perfect piece of land to call home and have been on a full-time adventure ever since. They are making friends across the country, crossing off National Parks one by one, and finding as many new and epic front door views as possible. The Hoopers travel with a Keystone Montana fifth wheel.

Boondocking will always be our preferred method of camping because you can get views like these right outside your front door. We were invited by @thorindustries to share our #windowtotheworld view as a #thorpartner, and it took us no time to decide on our view. White Sands National Park is in our top three favorite parks we have visited so far. Although only backcountry camping is allowed with a park-issued permit, you can easily pull your RV into the day use area and park right next to the dunes. To have your own photo featured, share the view out your RV window and tag @thorindustries #windowtotheworld!

Who’s your favorite travel buddy & why?
Each other. Our kids make traveling so memorable and fun. They truly live life to the fullest and their love and passion for being outdoors is contagious. We know what a gift it is to travel together.
What’s your favorite part about this view & why?
To be surrounded by sand dunes without the ocean is such a mystery––the two usually go hand in hand. These dunes are constantly changing with the wind and weather patterns. Walking through them and feeling the sand between your toes with mountains in the distance is incredibly calming.
How do you decide where to go next?
We do not plan. If we see someplace we want to go, we make it happen.
Which views are on your bucket list & why?
Northeast for the fall foliage. We love the changing of the seasons and to be someplace surrounded with amazing fall foliage has always been on our bucket list. South Texas is home for us and we have never experienced a picturesque northern fall.
Who do you wish you could share this view with & why?
All of our friends and family! This would be the perfect place for a family reunion or get together. There are large parking areas right next to the dunes. You could spend all day in one area with picnic tables and playing in the dunes.
