Who’s your favorite travel buddy & why?
My family. My husband, five-year-old year daughter and two-year-old daughter make the best road warriors. I love seeing new places, sites and experiences through the excitement in my girls’ eyes. It makes everything feel a little extra magical. I’m so grateful that my husband and I have the chance to do this with our girls.
What’s your favorite part about this view & why?
I love the calm and peace that comes from a view of the water. The wide open spaces and greenery is just what I need to wind down on my ideal vacation.
How do you decide where to go next?
We are spontaneous with our destinations. We decide if we are seeking adventure or relaxation, and whether we want to be able to stay at the RV resort or get out and about every day. Once we know what we are hoping for from our trip, we start searching for our next spot. There are so many incredible new places to see in the US… but it is so tempting to revisit our old favorites when we find views as delightful at this one.
Which views are on your bucket list & why?
The Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, Zion National Park, The Great Smoky Mountains, and of course Banff National Park, to name a few. The more we get out and explore, the more our bucket list continues to grow. We love locations with natural beauty and wonder.
Who do you wish you could share this view with & why?
Everyone. Before we began RVing, we had no idea what beauty was hiding in unexpected places all over the country. It has been the sweetest surprise to find these hidden gems and have the opportunity to share them with anyone willing to listen.
