What’s your favorite place to eat in the area and why?
Sandy Pony Donuts in Chincoteague for the best donuts on the East Coast.
Why do you like it here?
We love the peace and tranquility of camping right over the dunes from the Atlantic Ocean. The sound of breaking waves puts us to sleep each night.Â
What’s your favorite part about this view?
We love to see the wild horses at Assateague State Park––and when they wander through our site, it’s even better.
How do you decide where to go next?
We spend about half of our time revisiting places that we love, and half of our time visiting places we’ve never been.Â
What’s one piece of advice you have for RVers?
You don’t necessarily need to get a massive RV to travel well. Smaller RVs are easier to fit into a wider variety of camping locations, like this gorgeous site.Â
