Stacey is a solo female who lives, works and travels full-time in her Airstream Flying Cloud travel trailer. She hit the road in May 2017 with the hopes of finding as many surf spots as possible. Stacey’s favorite thing about RV living is the community and how incredibly supportive everyone is. Being a solo traveler, she knows how valuable it can be to find help and encouragement on the road, which is why she’s so excited to be a part of the New RVer campaign. Stacey had very little experience with RVs prior to her journey, so she firmly believes that if she can do it, so can you.

What is something that always lifts your spirits?
A dip in the water, whether it’s the ocean, a river or a lake!
What is your favorite national park and why?
Yosemite will always hold a special place in my heart because it was the first national park I ever visited. Also, hiked Half Dome in that same trip without knowing anything about it.
What is your favorite holiday? Do you have any holiday traditions?
I love all holidays! Decorating and celebrating is always welcome in my tiny home. But my favorite holiday would probably be Christmas because decking out a trailer with lights is so much fun and it’s a time when I get to spend time with family. We started the tradition of doing “Santa in an Airstream” two years ago, and it’s something my family and I love doing to bring our community together and put smiles on kids' faces.
