Human Rights Policy

This policy represents our commitment to maintaining and promoting certain fundamental human rights standards throughout our organization, as well as and to making THOR a great place to work. It confirms that THOR Industries has joined the United Nations Global Compact, and that we support the U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the U.N. Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. This policy also establishes our expectations: no discrimination or harassment on the basis of a protected characteristic; compensation and benefits that are fair, equitable, and commensurate with the work performed; a healthy and safe work environment; a supply chain free of child labor, forced labor, slavery, and human trafficking; freedom of association; and business conducted in an environmentally sustainable manner .
