This Code of Conduct sets forth our expectation that all of our business partners, agencies and suppliers will act ethically, observe the principles set forth the Supplier Code of Conduct, and comply with all applicable laws. THOR strives to act with integrity and fairness in both our employment and our business relationships. We expect the same from those with whom we do business.

THOR maintains our position as a world leader in Recreational Vehicle manufacturing because we maintain the highest quality people, products, and services. We compete aggressively in a competitive marketplace, but we always play by the rules. Our policy is to compete fairly and honestly inevery aspect of our business interactions, whether it be with business partners, suppliers, competitors, government entities, or customers.
As a result, THOR requires the highest ethical standards from all our global suppliers requiring that the abide by our Supplier Code of Conduct. We have also created standard Supplier Terms and Conditions that apply to any THOR purchase contracts, unless the companies agree in writing otherwise. Finally, THOR Information Protection & Intellectual Property Terms apply to any interaction with suppliers that involves confidential or proprietary information to include THOR Intellectual Property.
Purchasing Terms & Conditions
THOR Purchasing Terms & Conditions shall apply to all transactions with suppliers of THOR Industries, Inc. and each of THOR’s current and future operating subsidiaries based in the United States. The suppliers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein regarding the sale of all Product(s) to THOR. THOR expressly limits the Supplier’s terms and conditions to these terms and conditions. Any different or additional terms are rejected and void unless both parties confirm the modification in writing and the writing is signed by both parties. Course of dealing, Course of performance, and trade usage do not modify, waive, or otherwise change these terms and conditions. Acceptance of the Supplier’s goods is expressly conditioned on the Supplier’s assent to these terms and conditions.
Information Protection & Intellectual Property Terms
THOR Information Protection & Intellectual Property Terms shall apply to all transactions with suppliers of Thor Industries, Inc. and each of Thor’s current and future operating subsidiaries based in the United States that involve transaction where a Supplier may receive certain information concerning the business of THOR, including, but not limited to, customer, product, financial, operating, technical, descriptive information and THOR Data that is of a proprietary or confidential nature. THOR’s Information Protection & Intellectual Property Terms layout the framework and requirements for the parties to protect confidential and proprietary information include THOR Intellectual Property.
