The Bolands are full-time nomads who call their 25’ long Thor Vegas 24.1 RUV home. They discovered the RV life several years after retiring early, and love exploring, discovering and learning while they travel.

Beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder and varies greatly from person to person. We absolutely love the look of well-groomed vegetable fields, with its different textures, shades of green and the promise of a bountiful harvest. Thanks to @thorindustries for building a perfect moving home for us to be able to reach locations like this at From The Farm in Yuma, Arizona, and for allowing us the opportunity as a #thorpartner and #windowtotheworld collaborator to share this great beauty out our Thor Vegas RUV window.

What’s your favorite place to eat in the area?
Our favorite place to eat is our own RV. We enjoy shopping the local grocery stores and preparing our meals at home.
Why do you like it here?
One of the things we gave up when we decided to RV full-time was our garden. We now enjoy the many other “gardens” on display throughout our travels.
Which views are on your bucket list?
We are looking forward to visiting the Finger Lakes in New York state this summer, and traveling Highway 1 on the West Coast in the spring of 2020.
What’s one piece of advice you have for RVers?
Be flexible. Just like life, stuff happens! Reduce your stress level by having alternative plans when life gets in your way.
Who do you wish you could share this view with?
This view is for all those who dream of becoming full-time nomads!
